Security Incident
That information security awareness is important we theoretically know. Hand in hand with security awareness is going security incident. Security incident means security disturbance and also any departure from rules, which can makes any potential risk. But not just at operation system, but in company premises too. Company has to analyze all their processes and try to find any risk, which was until now unnoticed. Now is usual, that a company has their data in computers protected very well, but paper document security is very poor.
In case of information security is important to apply some rules. Don’t forget, that paper document security can not be hole in information security! Company without paper document security is almost company without information security.
As a minimum you have to sort paper document, which you can send by fax, or which have to be locked in safe. About information security has to think everybody from management and also supervisors. The best way is to have elaborate user manual for critical situation solution.
